Our hero

Hambone found a new recipe online and we were excited to try it. As Hambone diligently mixed the flour and baking powder and salt together, chicken little pranced around the kitchen sniffing the grapefruit, giving it a little squeeze. Hambone was a very efficient cook and was quickly ready to beat the eggs.

But, what is this?! All of the eggs in the fridge were hard-boiled! DISASTER! But we were so excited about the Grapefruit Yogurt Cake. Chicken little put the grapefruit down and was sad.

As Hambone wailed and was sad too, we started to discard the wasted mixture of yogurt and sugar (but not until after chicken little had a little taste).

HARK! Our hero in shining armor had a plan! Guailo crosses our hallway and asks our neighbor for three eggs! He comes back with eggs in hand and we all rejoice.

Once again, Hambone mixes together the yogurt and sugar and now, we have eggs to beat! Chicken little retrieves the grapefruit and is excited for cake!

Behold, our beautiful pink grapefruit yogurt cake!

Captured a harkow!

Well well well... look who can use chopsticks like a kungfu master. It's our very own guailo!

And he's captured a poor little harkow in his evil clutches.

My sentiments exactly

Look what guai lo and hambone brought home from NYC! This should be our lab motto.

who's throwing rotten tomatoes?!

It's glaringly obvious that we have a special relationship with tomatoes. WHY you might ask? Well, our very own guai lo is an urban farmer with amazing capabilities. Indeed, just take a look at these babies!

Talk about local produce! These luscious, juicy, flavorful tomatoes were grown just outside in our parking lot. I wonder how many people walk by them everyday, wondering if we wouldn't notice just one missing tomato. Oh yes, we will certainly know if you have pilfered the fruits of guai lo's labor.

Just the other day, we had a beautiful tomato and basil salad... yes, we also have basil plants out there! AND peppers too!

Smokin' hot

As Guailo&Hambone and chickenlittle parted ways this past weekend, we left pupuplattered unsupervised. And look what mischief it has gotten itself into!?

We had fun in our separate locales in the United States… but boy was it HOT HOT HOT for Guailo and Hambone. See what treats they brought home from their adventures! Wasabi peas, we await your presence for the Smokra tasting for our okra connoisseur group is incomplete without you.

More adventure is in the near future as chickenlittle embarks on a trip into the WILD. “But the sky is falling!!” she says. Guailo would no doubt say, “Oh chickenlittle, you are so crazy.” Alas, he is asleep, resting up for another day with the poops and wards.

Where in the world am I?!

wahahahha...
